I want to highlight Kevin, patient manager who went above and beyond to guide us through the process. He efficiently organized our office visits and rehabilitation sessions, making everything much smoother. He is a remarkable practice manager who tirelessly advocated for my son and me, guiding us through the complexities of the healthcare system with unwavering dedication and compassion.My son eventually had to have surgery this past January 2026, and after my son's surgery, he had concerns about his wound. Seeking guidance, we reached out to Kevin and sent him a photo of the issue.

 

He quickly connected and called Dr. Moral with urgency and care. The very next day, Dr. Moral and Kevin directed us to the surgical center in Paramus. Upon our arrival, the staff promptly escorted us to the waiting room while Dr. Moral attended to another patient. His commitment to patient care shone through as he took the time to assess my son's wound when he became available. Dr. Moral not only cleaned the wound but also provided invaluable education on how to care for it properly, ensuring my son would avoid any complications. I was truly impressed by the compassion and professionalism of Dr. Moral and his nursing team.
